At Calex, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a stress-free exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Calex account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the items back in their original packaging with all protective padding to ensure the product remains undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.
Drop Off or Pickup
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping center, or contact us to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
